We came in to get tires for our Jeep. Tge customer service (Alex) was outstanding. From when we walked in the door till the completion of the installation was great. The staff was very friendly. I definitely would recommend this location.

My husband and I went in today to ask some questions and Alex was the kindest, patient, and so knowledgeable about tires/rims. We had a lot of questions and not once did he make us feel like we were imposing. He was clear in expectations and his transparency is something I really appreciated. He was quick to get us answers. I could go on and on. Such a great business and we had a wonderful experience here.

Amazing experience! Alex, Isaac, and Oscar provide a super friendly environment and top-notch communication. I originally came in for tires, and my husband just went back for a new set of rims and tires—we got an incredible deal! They have an excellent variety and the prices can't be beat.

I needed my two back tires bad as the tires would run low every day!! I went to Rent a wheel on South Congress and OMG such life savers cut me such a good deal I got all 4 tires ❤️!! Alignment, Mounting & Balancing included, even if you can’t buy at that moment don’t stress it, go on over they offer payment plans tied to your pay dates with auto pay so you don’t have to worry about it!! Johnny walked us through the paperwork & Alex will get you the deal you need that works for you!! They educate you also and for a girl like me I love that part!! So if you looking for some tires or rims or both head down there 🙏🏼!! See yall again soon!!

The team was very friendly and helpful, and they ensured that I received every necessary detail and the service I requested. Great price and down payment that fit within my budget, along with the value of the tires and rims I selected. The technician who serviced my ID4 handled my car with care and made sure to explain to me what was wrong, as well as any information I needed to know beforehand, since I have an electric car. I recommend this location and check out the managers Camaro ooooouuu that thing is nice!
